The Gamma Theta Lambda Education Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation,  established February 11, 2000 by the Gamma Theta Lambda Chapter (Wilmington, DE) of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.  The Foundation is organized as a separate and independent entity and is operated exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes.
